Here’s your process map

Because it’s almost Valentine’s Day and I am a sweetheart of a guy, I want to give you a pretty cool gift.

It is a copy of a process map I created that lays out what happened when someone bought a particular information product from me.

It’s pretty self-explanatory but I want to point out a handful of things.

  1. It integrates online and offline marketing.
  2. It is designed to make my customer love me by over-delivering.
  3. It is designed to put me in the forefront of my prospect’s consciousness.
  4. It sets up the next, bigger sale.
  5. It generates testimonials after the prospect is overwhelmed with value.

Do you have a process like this after your customer buys from you? It doesn’t matter what business you’re in, either. If you don’t, block off time on your calendar and get ‘er done.
