Twas the day before Christmas and Dave is...

Twas the day before Christmas and I am stuck in an airport in Minneapolis not because of the weather but because of a bonehead move I made.

Let me 'splain...

I told you yesterday, I was taking the 12:20 AM red eye to MA. My ticket clearly said 12:20 AM, December 23rd.Yesterday was the 23rd but when the clock struck midnight on Monday, the 22nd, it turns into Tuesday the 23rd. Get it?

I missed my damn flight by a day.

Fortunately, there was a seat left and I got on the 12:20 AM flight. Unfortunately, there was no room on the flight from MN to MA unless I wanted to wait until 7:30 PM. This wouldn't have gotten me into MA until 10:30 PM and I would have missed my family's annual Christmas party.

So, I got on my trusty computer and went to http://www.sidestep.com/to see if I could get a same day flight on another airline.

Woo hoo! I could get an 11:15 flight on United, with a layover in Chicago, getting me to MA at 4:45 - in plenty of time for the party. As you can imagine, it cost me a pretty penny but it'll be worth it.

I've had one hour of sleep since yesterday but I don't need no stinkin' sleep! But I can tell ya, I'm in no mood to write a profound business building email.

So, instead, I want to answer some comments I received from yesterday's email about one of the worst movies of all time"Twilight."

One guy told me I shouldn't watch vampire movies because they give me "strange" ideas. Dude, I am not the one getting strange ideas. Alexis is so obsessed with the books that she told me she wants to be a vampire! That's reason 107 she is a "freaky California chick."

A woman, broke the news to me that "vampires aren't real."Really? Well, that might be true but the ultra wimpy vampires in the movie "Twilight" who glitter in the sunlight seem more inclined to be part of a Liberace review (on MANY levels) than a movie about vampires.

A number of folks (all women) told me that the movie was good. One suggested that my girlfriend should go see female oriented movies with her girlfriends and that I should go see movies where people are being killed left and right, with the boys.

Just for the record, my girlfriend HATED the movie as much,if not more, than I did. My dislike of the film had nothing to do with it being a chick flick - it had everything to do with it being poorly acted, poorly edited and some of the worst make-up you have ever seen. The lead vampire looked like he was wearing red lipstick - because he was! (See the Liberace reference.

Alexis has a knack for picking out really bad movies. Heck,I actually went to see Sex In The City with her. (And, oh goodie, part two is in the works.)

I think she should go to see "Unborn" with me in January. That's a horror movie where I'm sure they'll be plenty of gore and killin'...and NO glittering vampires.

What do ya say guys? It's time she goes to see something I like, right? (Of course, she did go with me to see the new James Bond flick, but after dragging me to Twilight, Sex In The City, and other nightmarishly bad flicks, she's gotta lot of making up to do!)

Gotta run, my plane is boarding. Wonder if I'll get stuck in Chicago.

Merry Christmas!

How would you like to earn an EXTRA $400 a day, $2,000 a week, $8,000 a month, $100,000 a year ... "working" only 27 minutes a day?

By now you're probably wondering what this is all about. On Friday, December 5th at 3:00pm Eastern (12:00pm PT), I am conducting a teleseminar/webcast titled: "The DaveDeemail Method : How to make six figures in just 27 minutes a day writing simple emails."

On the call you discover my secrets for writing compelling emails that get delivered, get opened, get read, create a strong relationship between you and your subscribers and, most importantly, put mucho dee- nero in your pocket. I know this to be true, #1 that is how I make my living and #2 back in the day when I only had one thousand subscribers of magicians, I was bringing in one hundred grand. Today it is much more than that.

On the call, I am going to be revealing the complete DaveDeemail system This will be my most valuable and powerful teleseminar/webcast to date. If you can't be on the call live, no problem. Right after the call you'll have access to the MP3 recording of it. (It *is* best for you to be on the call live because you'll be ask me questions. But, if you can't, no problemo.

Here's what you'll discover:

  • How to write your emails for maximum impact on your subscribers and maximum dollars in your pocket.(Think about the how it will feel to be able to create money on demand with a simple click of your mouse.)
  • How to write killer subject lines that compel your subscribers to open your emails the minute they get them. (If your email doesn't get opened, it's not gonna get read.)
  • The absolute best email delivery service that ensures your emails get delivered. (I've tried many of them and this is by far the best - and it's cheap.)
  • Should you be sending plain text or html emails? The answer to this might shock you but it will definitely stuff your pockets full of dee-nero.
  • The five best types of emails to send. I'll make a virtual certain bet that you are NOT using each of these methods and it is costing you lots of dee-nero. * The "little" email secret that takes your emails from "ho- hum" to extraordinary. (Almost everyone overlooks this - it's simple but super important.) * The exact formula for writing emails that engage your subscribers and make it impossible for them to stop reading your email until they finish it.
  • How to use emails to develop a real relationship with your prospects, customers or clients. (It doesn't matter if you are an information marketing, service professional, entrepreneur or business owner - you need to know this BIG insider secret.)
  • How to write amazingly powerful emails in 27 minutes or less. Once you learn the DaveDeeMail system it'll be a snap.
  • How to write a simple weekly email that will have your calendar overflowing with clients if you are a service provider or orders pouring in if you sell a product.
  • Plus more.

Let me make something very clear: Although this call is going to be packed with content it's not about how to build your email list. This call is for anyone who has an email list and wants to maximize it's value. You WILL discover everything you need to know about writing compelling emails that get delivered, get opened, get read, and most importantly put much dee-nero in your pocket.

The investment to be part of this TWO HOUR call is $59. I'm not going use some fancy pricing strategy to persuade you to register. But I can tell you that this will be turned into a product in it will sell for $97. Listen to the call and if you aren't completely satisfied, I'll give you your money back. (I'm going to way over- deliver, as I always do, so I'm confident you'll be thrilled.)
